SHARPS is a long‑established harm reduction service in Frankston, delivering fixed‑site and mobile Needle & Syringe Programs across the region. The NSP Worker supports people who inject drugs through safe syringe provision, health education, harm reduction promotion and referrals to health, welfare and support services, working closely with the team and local service partners.
