NSW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - U-POL
We are looking for a motivated commercially focused Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives across New South Wales. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and margin expansion within the automotive refinish and industrial sectors through already established distribution by increasing range coverage and by supporting the sell through of the product portfolio.

Increase top line sales/revenue to meet company targets within designated customer groups and/or channels within the specified territory

Enhance overall business margins while developing top line sales growth

Develop business with designated Distributors and End Users to maximise sales growth and opportunities within the specified territory/business

Create and harvest long term relationships with customers, distributors, and end users

Working with select distributors and internal stake holders to drive new business through distribution channels

Develop and build sales pipeline in collaboration with distributors and provide best practise account management and development

Implement and execute sales plans with distributors with a “Trusted Advisor” engagement model

Turn market/distributor gaps into executable sales plans delivering new business and sales growth

Analyse distributor performance metrics and benchmark against high performers to provide tangible and deliverable outcomes

Qualifications;

Proven sales track record where you have delivered positive commercial outcomes

Trade Qualifications are highly desirable, as it provides foundational learning in the technical aspects of the role

Previous experience in sales and distribution management will be highly regarded

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is required; experience with BI Tools & Salesforce is advantageous.

A track record of impressive sales results and technical competency.
