About the Role
Zeco Services Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Contract Administrator to support the coordination and management of service contracts within our growing cleaning operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth delivery of services and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and coordinate service agreements and contract documentation
Review contract terms and assist with updates and variations
Maintain accurate records of contracts and operational activities
Liaise with clients, staff, and contractors to ensure service delivery
Monitor performance of contracts and address service-related issues
Assist in preparing reports and operational updates for management
Support planning and scheduling of service activities
Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual obligations
Skills and Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
