HyperTutor Education Centre is a fast-growing tutoring organisation providing high-quality English and Mathematics support to students through online and face-to-face programs. We offer small group classes with class size ranging from 2 to 8 students. As student demand continues to grow, we are seeking additional English tutors who are dedicated, knowledgeable, and eager to help students build confidence and achieve academic success.

Rate:
- $55 per hour, with potential adjustments based on qualifications and experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Current teacher registration, or actively working towards obtaining registration
- Demonstrated passion for teaching English reading and writing, with relevant teaching experience
- Full legal working rights in Australia
- Ability to differentiate instruction and support individual learning needs within a small-group setting
- Engaging, energetic, and student-centred teaching style that inspires a love of learning
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- TESOL qualification
- Experience teaching students in an online learning environment
- Familiarity with evidence-based literacy instruction and writing development strategies
