Seeking professionals who have a genuine passion quality, training and mentoring less experienced staff, and most importantly, playing a hands-on role in a team environment.

- Salary - $65,000 - $80,000 + super (based on level on role)

- Skills & experience
- Experience as a Sous Chef, CDP, Commis, Qualified Cook
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery or apprentice trained
- Excellent communication skills
