We are looking for an experienced painter to join CDM Painting and Decorating on a temporary casual basis to assist with our current workload.
This position is initially temporary, however there may be an opportunity for further ongoing work in the future for the right person. We specialise in high-quality residential painting and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and can confidently work independently when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years professional painting experience
- Strong experience in residential repaints
- Excellent preparation and finishing skills
- Confident with interior and exterior painting
- High standard of brush and roller work - Able to complete detailed, high-quality finishes
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Must have own reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
- Must have own basic hand tools
- Must wear painter's whites, either white shorts or white trousers
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Clean and tidy when working in clients' homes
Work will include preparation, sanding, patching, caulking, walls, ceilings, doors, trims and exterior surfaces.
