Senior Salesforce Developer
Experience: 4 to 6 Years | Location: Remote | CTC: 14 - 18 LPA
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer with 4 to 6 years of expertise in Salesforce design, development, and solutioning. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), along with advanced technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and third-party integrations. This role requires a self-driven engineer who can take ownership of complex build components, uphold coding standards, and collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to and support end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds, working closely with architects and the delivery team.
- Design, develop, and customise Salesforce applications using Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Perform code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and optimise code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Manage integrations including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and External Services.
- Write and maintain Apex test classes to ensure adequate code coverage and robust unit testing practices.
- Use CI/CD pipelines (GitHub) to manage version control and streamline deployments.
- Ensure compliance with governance, data security, and performance best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth within the team.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders and customers across India and Singapore, providing clear and timely communication on project deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Advanced proficiency in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Future, Schedulers).
- Hands-on experience with Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience working with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
- Experience contributing to end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Solid grasp of code review standards and code performance optimisation techniques.
- Experience with unit testing, Apex test classes, and code coverage best practices.
- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
- Familiarity with deployment and CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub.
- Strong understanding of data security, encryption, sharing rules, and visibility settings.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work across India and Singapore time zones and collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Experience in the Media domain is preferred but not mandatory.
