The Opportunity
We're looking for a People Technology Analyst to support the day-to-day operation of our Workday platform and related HR systems. You'll provide user support, maintain data integrity, assist with system enhancements, and work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver an efficient and reliable people technology experience across the firm.
This role will support office across Australia and will be based in our Sydney office.
What you’ll do
Support the administration and ongoing maintenance of Workday and related People systems.
Provide first-line support for Workday queries, escalating issues where required.
Perform system administration activities, including data uploads, audits, and integrity checks to maintain accurate people data.
Maintain process documentation, training materials, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
Support system testing, upgrades, and releases, while collaborating with IT and business teams to manage system impacts.
What you’ll bring
Current experience supporting Workday, with a solid understanding of core HCM processes.
Exposure to Workday modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits or Payroll is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve system and process issues.
Excellent organisational skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and working within service levels.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
Understanding of HR data governance, confidentiality requirements and system administration best practices; experience with ServiceNow, JIRA and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
