About the Role
As part of our Utilities team, you'll play a vital role in delivering and maintaining essential water, sewerage and gas services that support our communities every day.
Based in Roma(only five and a half hours west of Brisbane), you'll work across a diverse range of maintenance, construction and compliance activities while occasionally providing support to other towns throughout the Maranoa region.
This is a hands-on role offering variety, responsibility and the opportunity to further develop your skills while contributing to critical community infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing
Water, Sewer & Gas Infrastructure
You'll help construct, maintain and repair Council's utilities network
Compliance & Customer Service
You'll also support Council's regulatory responsibilities.
Plant & Equipment Operations
You'll safely operate and maintain a range of Council plant and equipment.
