Nurse Practitioner – General Practice

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our established general practice in Haberfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who enjoys providing comprehensive, patient-centred primary healthcare and would like to work as part of a supportive general practice team.
The role
You will provide independent and collaborative primary healthcare to patients across a broad range of presentations, including:
- Acute and minor illness
- Chronic disease management
- Preventive healthcare and health assessments
- Women's and men's health
- Medication management and prescribing within scope
- Health education and lifestyle management
- Follow-up and ongoing care
- Referral and coordination with GPs and other healthcare professionals

About you
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who has:
- Current AHPRA registration and Nurse Practitioner endorsement
- Strong primary care/general practice experience
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with GPs
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
- Current professional indemnity insurance and appropriate prescribing authority
Experience in general practice, chronic disease management and/or urgent primary care will be highly regarded.
