We're looking for reliable cleaners to join our Gippsland team. Shifts run after hours across school and commercial sites in and around Sale. Rosters are regular and set in advance, so you'll know your hours week to week.
What you'll be doing
- Vacuuming, mopping and general floor care
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets, staff rooms and kitchens
- Emptying bins and sorting waste and recycling
- Spot cleaning walls, doors, glass and high-touch points
- Restocking paper, soap and sanitiser
- Securing the site at the end of your shift — lights, doors, alarm
- Reporting maintenance issues, hazards and incidents to your supervisor
What we're looking for
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee), or willingness to obtain one before starting — required for all school sites
- A National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Full working rights in Australia
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Someone we can count on to turn up. Our sites are unsupervised after hours, and reliability matters to us more than years of experience.
- Reasonable physical fitness — standing, bending, pushing equipment
- Enough English to follow safety instructions, chemical labels and site communication
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
