The Role
- Lead service and set the tone in the kitchen
- Manage prep, ordering, and stock control
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation
- Create and execute seasonal specials
- Improve systems and structure over time
- Support and develop junior team members
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to lead a busy service and keep dishes moving during peak periods
- Senior Chef or experienced Sous Chef
- Someone ready to step up and take ownership
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
