Construction Site Supervisor Wanted – Join Our Team
Colab Construction is based on the most southern point of Western Australia in beautiful Albany. We are an award-winning local building company that specialises in commercial construction and are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Enforce workplace health and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Manage materials, equipment, and site resources.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Resolve on-site issues and maintain project schedules.
- Complete daily inductions and address all site requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Relevant construction qualifications and certifications.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).

Pay: $89,000.00 – $109,000.00 per year
