Our Production team builds high‑quality, specialised interconnect solutions tailored to customer requirements. This includes wire and cable harness assemblies used across Defence, Aerospace, Transport, and Communications sectors.
We are seeking detail‑driven Operators who take pride in producing assemblies to the highest industry standards.
Location: Frenchs Forest, NSW (onsite parking available)
About the Role
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for manufacturing cable assemblies to specification, following detailed work instructions, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a production environment
Desirable
- Experience with electrical and pneumatic crimping tools, and electrical cable stripping tools
- Computerised cable cutting machines
- Soldering
- Knowledge of LF & RF cable assemblies
- Micro‑soldering experience
- Ability to read and understand wire schedules, drawings, and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Team‑oriented, flexible, and collaborative
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Positive, proactive attitude with a solution‑focused mindset
Key Duties
- Produce cable assemblies to specification and work instructions
- Interpret and work from schematic diagrams, wiring schedules, and technical drawings
- Follow in‑house production guides to ensure consistent, high‑quality output
- Maintain accuracy, traceability, and documentation throughout production
- Collaborate with the wider team to meet deadlines and quality targets
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and organisation in the manufacturing environment
- Work in a production line environment (flow line and individual work)
