Job Description
The Role
We currently have an opportunity to join our Rockingham or Mandurah branches as a Personal Banking Home Lending Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in championing Beyond Bank Australia’s values and delivering exceptional member experiences. In this role, you’ll build trusted relationships, provide personalised lending solutions, and contribute to our Member Ownership Strategy by achieving strong individual performance outcomes that drive overall branch success. It’s a chance to make a meaningful impact in your community while helping members achieve their financial goals.
Some of your core duties will be to:

Drive lending and sales outcomes through confident delivery of home lending solutions including construction, investment, and first‑home buyer loans plus personal loans and credit cards.

Manage lending applications end‑to‑end, ensuring members clearly understand features, benefits, fees, and the value of the products you recommend.

Engage with members proactively via phone and in‑branch conversations to identify needs, offer tailored solutions, and strengthen long‑term relationships.

Deliver exceptional member experiences by providing personalised, member‑owned banking support across everyday and lending needs.

Support everyday banking by opening and maintaining accounts, completing variations, and assisting with general enquiries.
In the first 6 months you will:

Achieve Sales Targets: Excel in achieving individual performance targets by mastering scorecards across key areas such as member satisfaction, engagement, sales, and more.

What does our recruitment process look like?
The process can include a phone screen, video screen, virtual or face-to-face interview, psychometric testing, and all relevant background checking. Some positions may require undergoing 4 weeks of mandatory full training.
