VAP NSW Pty Ltd is part of a renowned chain of restaurants, and we are currently seeking an experienced full-time Restaurant Manager to join our QLD branch, Rydaba Pty Ltd (associated entity) t/a Vapiano, located at Cavill Avenue.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant full-time work experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a high-volume hospitality environment
- A relevant Diploma qualification in Hospitality Management or a closely related field
- Ability to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Experience in supervising staff, managing rosters, and supporting team performance
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Experience in monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies
- Ability to maintain operational standards, including workplace health and safety requirements
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Position Details:
- Full-time position (38 hours per week)
- Annual salary of $75,000 – $85,000 plus 12% superannuation, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications
