Cardinia Lakes Early Learning Centre is a well-established early learning service in Pakenham, committed to providing high-quality education and care in a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team full-time/Part time. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced educators and supportive leadership while making a meaningful difference in children's lives.

About the Role
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
- Deliver a high-quality kindergarten program in line with the EYLF and VEYLDF
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's development
- Observe, assess and document children's learning
- Build strong partnerships with children, families and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with educators to provide the highest standard of care and education
- Contribute to our Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Regulations

Essential Requirements
✔ ACECQA-approved Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
✔ Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (or eligibility)
✔ Current Working with Children Check
✔ Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, EYLF and VEYLDF
✔ Full Australian working rights

Salary
$85,000 – $100,000 + Superannuation
Salary will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience.
