Permanent Part-Time Client Service Representative
My Local Vet is a purpose-built boutique veterinary practice located in Capalaba, Queensland. We're looking for a standout client service representative who genuinely enjoys helping people, loves animals, and takes pride in creating exceptional client experiences.
As the first and last person our clients see, you'll have a huge impact on their experience. Whether you're celebrating a new puppy, comforting someone through a difficult goodbye, or simply making someone's day a little easier, you'll help create the warm, personal service we're known for.
About The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Responding to enquiries via phone calls and emails
- Booking appointments and managing the daily schedule with veterinary triage training provided
- Processing payments and pet insurance claims
- Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate patient records
- Keeping reception organised and inviting

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous fast paced reception/customer service experience
- Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise multiple tasks
- Has excellent IT skills and can quickly learn new software
- Is confident communicating with a diverse range of people and building genuine client relationships
- Has a positive attitude, a great sense of humour and enjoys contributing to a fun workplace
- Values feedback and is committed to continual personal and professional growth

More Details
- Permanent part-time position (22-28 hours per week)
- 3 days per week with 1 in 5 Saturdays
- Renumeration based on experience and competencies
