About the Role
We're looking for a Media Implementation Assistant to join our growing team and kick-start their career in media and advertising.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across both traditional and digital media channels, including TV, Out of Home, Radio, Online Video, Display, Search and Paid Social.
Working alongside an experienced team, you'll support the day-to-day implementation of campaigns while developing your media trading, reporting and technical skills. From campaign set-up and monitoring through to reporting, billing and data management, you'll learn how media campaigns come together from start to finish.
You don't need years of media experience to get started. Bring your curiosity, enthusiasm and a willingness to jump in and learn, and we'll help you build the skills from there.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the set-up, implementation and ongoing monitoring of media campaigns across traditional and digital channels
- Assist with campaign reporting, data management and identifying insights from campaign performance
- Support campaign administration, billing, reconciliations and internal documentation
- Work closely with your team, internal stakeholders, media partners and other agency teams to keep campaigns running smoothly
- Develop hands-on knowledge of media platforms and channels including TV, OOH, Search, Programmatic and Paid Social
- Monitor campaigns and help identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately
- Participate in brainstorms, training, workshops and strategy sessions
- Build your understanding of the wider media landscape, technology and campaign delivery through structured training and on-the-job learning
About You
- A genuine interest in media, advertising or marketing
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy and organisational skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- A curious, analytical mindset with an interest in data and technology
- Previous media or agency internship experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Full Australian working rights
