a’Mare is seeking an experienced Casual Cocktail Bartender to join our front-of-house team at Crown Sydney.
Renowned for classic Italian elegance with a modern edge, a’Mare offers a premium dining and bar experience. We are looking for a bartender who is confident behind the bar, passionate about hospitality, and delivers exceptional service with style and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails to a high standard
- Deliver warm, attentive, and professional guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Uphold venue standards, policies, and service procedures
About You
- Minimum 1 year experience as a cocktail bartender
- Strong cocktail knowledge (Italian spirits and aperitivi highly regarded)
- Well-presented with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Current RSA
- Full Australian working rights
