About the Role
As our Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting café-style meals while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking café menu items to a high standard.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen.
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen preparation.
- Working efficiently during busy lunch service.
- Supporting the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a cook in a café or similar hospitality venue.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and food presentation.
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Availability (Essential)
Applicants must be available to work the following fixed roster:
- Monday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
