Bra Fitter / Retail SpecialistAbout the Role
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Bra Fitter / Retail Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping women feel confident, comfortable, and supported through expert fitting services and exceptional customer care.
As a Bra Fitter, you will provide personalised fitting consultations, recommend suitable products, and create a welcoming shopping experience that builds lasting customer relationships.
Hours: Approximately 2 days per week, with days negotiable. Availability to work Saturdays is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional bra fittings and provide expert product recommendations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a warm, supportive, and inclusive environment.
- Assist customers in selecting lingerie and related products.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Build strong product knowledge and stay informed about new collections and fitting techniques.
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and team goals.
What We're Looking For
- Essential: Experience in stock management.
- Previous retail, customer service, or lingerie fitting experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence working one-on-one with customers in a fitting environment.
- A genuine passion for helping people feel their best.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
