Corporate Barista
We are seeking an experienced, professional and customer-focused Barista to join a high-performing team within a premium corporate environment.
In this role, you will be part of a best-in-class barista bar, responsible for delivering consistently high-quality coffee while creating a warm, welcoming and polished experience for staff and guests throughout the day.
This is a part-time position, working Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 1:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency, care and attention to detail.
Deliver a warm, professional and engaging customer experience at all times.
Greet customers, take orders and manage service flow efficiently during busy periods.
Provide menu guidance and respond to customer questions or feedback with confidence and professionalism.
Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented barista bar.
Adjust grinders, texture milk and produce quality latte art.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Ensure coffee equipment and work areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
Report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly.
Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth daily operations.
Stay informed of menu changes, promotions and relevant coffee trends.
About You
Minimum 3 years’ barista experience in a fast-paced café, hospitality or corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, workflow and service standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
Professional presentation with a positive, team-focused attitude.
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace cleanliness standards.
Additional Requirements

Availability to work on-site in a corporate environment.

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
