EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – CRANBOURNE NORTH
We are seeking a Female Support Worker to support an 11 year old participant in Cranbourne North.
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
About Participant:
- Diagnosed with ASD, OCD, and ADHD
- Community access and engagement in activities
- May also include in-home support to assist with establishing routines and skill development
Support Requirements:
- Assist with emotional regulation
- Support fine and gross motor skill development through engaging activities
- Promote independence with self-care tasks
- Support social connection and positive engagement with others
- Build rapport and trust with both participant and his family
Important: Supports will initially commence as 2-hour sessions in the family home to allow Mum to get to know the support worker and for rapport to be established before transitioning to community-based supports.
