Home-Start National Inc is seeking a passionate and experienced Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence (DFSV) worker to join our dedicated team in Goulburn NSW.

The DFSV Worker will deliver:
· a) family and domestic violence services
· b) sexual violence services
· c) support and advocacy to access housing and accommodation services
· d) legal support and court-based services
· e) referral pathways to perpetrator interventions as identified
· f) other generalist and specialist services providing support for DFSV victim-survivors
The Home-Start Domestic, Family, and Sexual Violence (DFSV) service aims to improve the outcomes, safety and wellbeing of victim-survivors of DFSV (including children) by providing support and case management, case coordination, advocacy, and information and referral.
The Home-Start DFSV worker will be skilled in using domestic & family violence informed, trauma-and gender violence informed, client centred and strength-based approach in their work.
Qualifications Formal tertiary qualifications – Degree in Social Work, or formal tertiary qualifications in Welfare, Health or allied areas relevant to this position. (Diploma as minimum requirement)
This role is funded by the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ). An initial contract will be offered ending in July 2027, with the potential to be extended.
Employment wages and conditions will be in accordance with the Social Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award (“SCHADS”). Salary sacrifice available.
