Youth Support Workers – Male Support Workers Required

Amma’s Care Support Services (ACSS) is currently seeking reliable, compassionate, and professional male Youth Support Workers to support a young person in the Logan City QLD area, with additional opportunities across North Brisbane.
This is a casual role with regular shifts currently available on:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Total: 3 shifts per week / 18 rostered hours per week
Additional hours may be available depending on participant needs and roster requirements.
The role involves supporting young people with daily routines, community access, emotional regulation, positive behaviour support, and building independence in a safe and respectful manner.
Requirements:
- Male support workers required due to participant support needs
- Experience in youth support, disability support, mental health, or community services preferred
- MABO training required/provided as part of role preparation
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Blue Card or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Calm, reliable, and professional approach
- Ability to work casual shifts across Logan and North Brisbane areas
This role would suit someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes.
Pay: $38.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
