What this opportunity involves:
Acting as a trusted advisor within an established national team, you'll support a fast-paced, high-volume Parcel Locker portfolio for an iconic Australian brand. This role is central to delivering property portfolio management excellence, promoting and implementing best practice across a geographically dispersed mix of leased premises. At JLL, we embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career. You'll be the single point of accountability for the portfolio, providing end-to-end execution of license options and renewals, lifecycle management, landlord relationship oversight, and portfolio governance. This position demands a highly organized, outcome-focused professional who takes clear ownership of tasks, follows issues through to resolution, and maintains momentum in a complex, deadline-driven environment. Success requires a strong bias for action, the ability to manage competing priorities and inputs from multiple stakeholders, and a disciplined approach to accuracy, controls and delivery across an operationally critical leasehold portfolio. Working collaboratively across the broader Account and Real Estate Management Services (REMs) business, you'll act as a subject matter expert, strengthening governance, reducing portfolio risk and improving landlord outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage end-to-end execution of license options, renewals and critical date management across the Parcel Locker portfolio
Build and maintain strong landlord relationships, coordinating timely resolution of complaints, disputes, statutory enquiries and operational issues
Oversee portfolio governance, reporting and expenditure, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contract deliverables
Maintain accurate portfolio records, documentation and systems in line with governance and audit requirements to reduce risk
Coordinate seamlessly across key stakeholder groups including the Out of Home Team, Property, Paralegal and Lease Administration functions
Provide subject matter expert advice to clients and internal teams on property and portfolio management best practices
Monitor lease compliance obligations and interpret lease terms to support decision-making and mitigate exposure
Deliver clear, concise communication and reporting to stakeholders, balancing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Sounds like you? This is what we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years' experience in property transactions, portfolio management or commercial property services with a strong track record of delivery
Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
Solid experience in commercial or retail property management with demonstrated stakeholder management capability
Strong financial acumen including outgoings, budgeting, reconciliations and arrears management
Proven ability to interpret lease terms and manage compliance obligations across a portfolio
High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, governance and risk mitigation
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum across complex portfolios
Clear, concise communication and reporting skills with the ability to engage effectively across tenants, landlords and internal teams
Tertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate or equivalent discipline (preferred)
