Vanguard Consultants (VC) is seeking a highly organised and professional Operations & Growth Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and growth of the business we work with NDIS & Age Care Business.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident in communication, tech-savvy, and capable of managing both administration and marketing-related responsibilities within a fast-paced business environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with management and play a key role in client communication, lead management, business operations, marketing coordination, and internal organisation.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing emails, calendars, and appointments
- Following up leads and client enquiries
- CRM and pipeline management
- Preparing proposals, onboarding documents, and agreements
- Coordinating consultations and internal scheduling
- Assisting with social media management and marketing campaigns
- Supporting Meta/Facebook advertising coordination
- Canva content creation and branding support
- Monitoring website enquiries and lead flow
- Supporting internal systems, organisation, and administration
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- NDIS Experience
- Professional and mature work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Confidence using online systems and technology
- Strong problem-solving and initiative
Preferred Experience:
- Administration and operations
- CRM systems
- Social media management
- Customer service or sales experience
