ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a commercially minded and relationship-driven Franchise Region Manager to join our Franchise team based in Geelong. In this role, you'll act as a trusted partner to our franchise network, providing strategic guidance, operational support, and coaching to drive sustainable growth across a portfolio of markets. You'll work closely with both internal stakeholders and franchise partners to deliver strong commercial outcomes, elevate the customer experience, and ensure alignment with our global operating model. You'll also play a key role in maintaining brand standards across the region, partnering with franchisees to ensure stores consistently deliver an on-brand experience through strong visual presentation and operating models.
With a strong focus on trading performance, stock health, operational excellence, and partner development, you'll use data and insights to identify opportunities, influence decision making, and support the successful execution of brand strategies. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll build senior stakeholder relationships, lead key initiatives, and help franchise partners unlock their full potential.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in a commercial, retail, franchise, or multi-site leadership role (experience working within an international franchise or retail environment is an advantage)

Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities.

Exceptional relationship-building skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and support teams to achieve business outcomes.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple functions and markets.

Experience working within a franchise or international retail environment.

Understanding of merchandise, stock management, supply chain, and retail operations.
