Baker – Artisan Bread & Sourdough

We’re looking for an experienced baker who is passionate about artisan bread, sourdough and product development.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than just production baking. We want someone who enjoys experimenting, creating new products and helping grow our bread range.
What You’ll Do
- Produce high-quality sourdough, focaccia and artisan breads.
- Maintain sourdough starters and fermentation processes.
- Develop new breads and seasonal bakery items.
- Ensure consistency, quality and food safety standards.
- Work independently while collaborating with our pastry and kitchen teams.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience baking artisan sourdough and focaccia.
- Loves creating new products and trying new ideas.
- Has a strong understanding of fermentation and bread production.
- Is organised, reliable and takes pride in their work.
- Wants to be part of building an exciting and growing bakery.
