WAREHOUSE OPERATOR

About the Role
We are seeking licensed a Forklift Drivers to join our team at our large site in Smithfield. Operating across multiple warehouses on one site, this is a physically demanding role ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in both indoor and outdoor warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating forklifts to pick, move & load goods.
- Extensive manual handling — carrying and lifting heavy items throughout your shift.
- Working efficiently and safely across indoor and outdoor warehouse areas
- Maintaining accurate stock movements and supporting team targets
- Always following all site safety procedures and WHS requirements
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Current LF forklift licence with solid hands-on experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to get hands dirty and go the extra mile.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks.
- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and a positive team attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Overtime pay rates:
· Saturday: $41.40
· Sunday: $48.30
· Overtime 1.5x: $48.30
· Overtime 2.0x: $62.10
· Overtime 2.5x: $69.00
Pay: $34.50 – $48.30 per hour
