You will be responsible for cooking dishes that reflect the depth, simplicity, and authenticity of Cretan gastronomy. From slow-cooked village classics to fresh coastal specialties, your expertise will shape a menu that celebrates Greece’s most storied culinary region.
What We’re Looking For
Culinary expertise rooted in Greek traditions, especially Cretan techniques and ingredients
Deep understanding of olive‑oil–based cooking, wild herbs, seasonal produce, and traditional preparation methods
Ability to create both classic and modern interpretations of Cretan dishes
Passion for storytelling through food and preserving cultural authenticity
Experience working in a professional kitchen environment
