We are currently seeking a qualified Contract Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis, supporting our international education operations.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing, reviewing, interpreting, negotiating and managing agent agreements and related contracts on behalf of SaveEdu Pty Ltd, ensuring all agreements with education agents and third parties comply with current legislative and regulatory requirements governing the delivery of education to international students in Australia.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing, interpreting, maintaining, reviewing and negotiating education agent agreements, commission structures, and related contracts on behalf of SaveEdu Pty Ltd.
- Managing new and existing agent contracts, including execution, renewal, and variation processes
- Ensuring all agent agreements comply with the ESOS Act, National Code of Practice, and other relevant CRICOS regulatory requirements, updating documentation promptly as legislation or Departmental guidance changes
- Serving as the primary point of contact for education agents on contractual matters, including performance evaluation, dispute resolution, and enquiry management
- Liaising with agents, compliance staff, and management to ensure agent conduct aligns with the provider's obligations to prospective and enrolled international students
- Monitoring agent contract performance and compliance, identifying risks, and preparing reports for management
- Maintaining accurate, audit-ready contract records in both electronic and hard copy formats, in line with recordkeeping obligations under the National Code
- Working closely with the compliance and student support teams to ensure contractual terms reflect current regulatory obligations (e.g. pre-enrolment information, agent conduct standards, commission disclosure)
- Reviewing and updating existing agreements as legislative requirements are amended, liaising with management and, where required, external advisors
- Attending internal compliance and management meetings as required
- Assisting with due diligence on prospective new education agents prior to contract execution
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Diploma level or higher in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in contract administration; experience in the international education or CRICOS sector highly regarded
- Sound understanding of contract administration and compliance requirements; familiarity with the ESOS framework and National Code an advantage
- Strong financial and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with overseas stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in regulatory documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
