Casual Pick Packer – Warehouse
About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking casual Pick Packer to join our warehouse team. This is a casual position, making it ideal for someone seeking flexible work to fit around other commitments.
You'll primarily be responsible for pick packing orders accurately and efficiently, while also lending a hand with general warehouse tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders accurately in line with order specifications
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Preparing coolroom kits and handling coolroom hardware
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as directed by the team leader
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Following all WHS policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical fitness — this role involves manual handling, including lifting
- Punctual and reliable
- Previous warehouse or pick packing experience is an advantage but not required
Working Conditions
- Casual position: approximately 3–5 hours per week across 2–3 days
- Warehouse environment, including coolroom exposure
- Manual handling and physical activity required throughout shifts
