We are investing in our safety function and looking to bring on a proactive Safety Advisor to help drive a strong safety culture, support our leaders, and enable safe, effective operations. This role delivers practical, data-informed SHEQ outcomes by influencing behaviours, building capability, and embedding sustainable safety practices that support compliance, operational success, and leader accountability.

Partner with leaders to strengthen safe work practices

Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

Support incident investigations and drive corrective actions

Ensure alignment with WHS legislation and company standards

Engage crews through toolbox talks and on-site presence

Identify trends and contribute to continuous improvement

Experience in a Safety Advisor or similar role

Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation
-
Confident engaging with and influencing frontline teams
-
Experience in incident investigation and reporting
-
Relevant WHS qualification (Cert IV or higher preferred)
