We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, creative and commercially minded individual to join the marketing team at Banana Home.
If you have experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Social Media Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role, we would love to hear from you.
You will help build brand awareness and connect with our customers across Banana Home’s social media channels. You will coordinate the development and delivery of engaging content designed to grow our audience, strengthen customer engagement and drive sales conversion.
You will manage the day-to-day operation of our social media platforms and play an important role within the marketing team. You will also prepare weekly performance reports, analyse content and channel results, and share actionable insights with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Must have.
- Degree or qualification in marketing, advertising, communications or a related discipline preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in social media, public relations, marketing or advertising.
- Experience creating, coordinating and scheduling social media content.
- Proven ability to analyse customer reach, engagement, traffic and conversion data.
- Experience working across online and offline customer channels.
- Understanding of web analytics platforms and social media reporting tools is highly regarded.
- Sound commercial judgement and confidence making recommendations that improve customer reach and performance.
- Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and content-development skills.
- Experience supporting the day-to-day operation of a marketing department.
