Currently, we have a Full-time, 9-month acting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven professional to join the Customer & Community Team as a Water Loss Prevention - Support Officer.
About the role
The Water Loss Prevention Team focuses on managing initiatives such as the Bill Shock Program by proactively engaging with residential and non-residential customers.

Your skills and experience

You actively demonstrate a flexible approach to shifting priorities and demands.

Demonstrates strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency in all aspects of work.

Management of your own portfolio of customers through detailed correspondence, investigation and analysis of data.

Highly developed planning, organisational, and workflow management skills.

An aptitude to coordinate and liaise with stakeholders to seek win-win outcomes for customers and the business.

The ability to prepare and process financial allowances and detailed recommendations in the form of briefing notes.

Proficient skills in Grange, Temetra, Maximo and My Water.
