Fossix is looking for a reliable and hardworking All Rounder to join our team in Sydney CBD.
This is a hands-on role supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations across our busy café environment. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.
About the Role
- Casual position
- Approximately 27–30 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Breakfast & Lunch service leaving afternoons and evenings free
- Opportunity for additional hours during busy periods and events
- Sydney CBD location
Key Responsibilities
- Clearing tables
- Supporting Front of House operations
- General café duties as directed by the Manager
- Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Cleaning food preparation and service areas
- Assisting with basic food preparation as required
- Completing catering deliveries to corporate clients
- Supporting the team wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
- Previous hospitality or café experience essential
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to assist across both Front and Back of House
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia
