FOH Bakery Service Team Member (Fast-Paced Environment)

Since 1998, Cedar Bakery has been serving authentic Lebanese food, fresh pastries, breakfast, lunch and specialty coffee. We're a busy, fast-paced venue with a loyal customer base, and we're looking for an energetic team member to join our bakery section.
This is not a baking position.
You'll be serving customers, preparing and heating our Lebanese pastries, keeping the display stocked and maintaining a clean, organised work area.
Previous Lebanese bakery experience is a bonus, but it's not essential.
We've successfully trained many team members with no experience . What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to perform well during busy service periods.
What you'll be doing
- Serving customers with friendly, efficient service
- Heating and preparing Lebanese pastries and bakery items
- Learning our products and service standards
- Restocking displays throughout the day
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Working closely with the kitchen and café team
- Keeping calm and organised during busy periods
We're looking for someone who
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
- Learns quickly and takes initiative
- Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Has strong communication skills
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Hospitality or food service experience is preferred but not essential
