To assist us on our growth and transformation journey we are looking for a Digital Enablement Partner to define and execute Eaton’s AI and Digital Enablement Strategy across Australia and New Zealand. This role acts as the critical bridge between business strategy and technology execution, identifying high-value opportunities to improve performance, productivity, innovation, and employee experience through AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions.
- Develop and maintain the ANZ AI and Digital Enablement Strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Build and govern a portfolio roadmap of AI and digital initiatives.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases that drive measurable business value.
- Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Lead adoption, change management, communications and capability development activities.
- Promote innovative ways of working and future-of-work initiatives across ANZ.
- Establish governance, prioritization and reporting frameworks for digital initiatives.
- Delivery of an enterprise-aligned AI and Digital Enablement roadmap.
- Increased adoption and usage of digital and AI solutions.
- Monitor benefits realization, adoption, metrics and business outcomes.
- Improved operational efficiency and employee productivity.
- Achievement of agreed digital transformation KPIs and business outcomes.
- Strong engagement and partnership across business and technology teams.
- 5+ years experience in digital transformation, technology enablement, business analysis or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital or AI strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience implementing AI, automation, analytics and productivity solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Experience driving organisational change and technology adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines.
