Job Description

Execute marketing tasks and projects under direction

Maintain websites, digital platforms and marketing assets
-
Support social media activity and agency requirements
-
Coordinate marketing administration and supplier activity
-
Conduct research and support project delivery
-
Ensure marketing activity is delivered consistently and on time
-
Support social media activity across all venues under direction of the Director of Marketing

Work alongside the external social media agency, providing assets, updates and support as required
-
Prepare, resize and upload content where required across platforms
-
Update websites across hotel and venues (offers, menus, events, imagery)
-
Upload and replace photography and promotional content
-
Maintain image libraries and ensure correct formatting
-
Ensure all website content is accurate, current and aligned with direction
This is a part time role, for 20 hours per week.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:

1–3 years’ experience in marketing, social media or administration
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
-
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
-
Experience with social media platforms and CMS updates
-
Comfortable resizing images and preparing content for upload
-
Experience using Canva or similar tools
-
Strong communication and coordination skills
-
Able to work independently once briefed
-
Hospitality or venue experience preferred
-
Ability to take ownership for a task & get the job done
