Your Impact
As a Full-Time Property Care Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating the delivery of commercial gardening and grounds maintenance services across allocated portfolios. You will ensure gardening services are delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management to Award and Supported Employees. You will also contribute to building team capability and driving operational consistency across the business.
Please note that the shift would be from 6.30am - 2.30pm, Mondays to Fridays.
What you'll bring:
- At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in commercial gardening.
- Experience supervising staff.
- Willingness to develop new skills.
- A strong commitment towards a safe work environment.
- Completes mandatory and core requirement training as relevant to the role and service.
- Consent to take part in the Audiometric testing organised by Good Sammy for the role.
- Current Working with Children Check or proof of application being lodged (receipt).
- Current Western Australia’s Driver’s license.
- Driving a trailer and being able to load and unload the Ride on Lawnmower.
- Performs duties in accordance with Good Sammy’s policies and procedures and applicable legislative obligations.
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.
- Experience in a customer service environment.
