MJ Hygiene Management Services is expanding, and we're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our team across multiple industrial and food-processing sites.
This isn't your typical cleaning job.
We specialise in food-processing hygiene, factory sanitation, machinery cleaning, high-reach cleaning and specialist silo cleaning.
Our regular sites are located across Yatala, Ormeau and Tennyson, with our specialist silo cleaning team working at sites from the Sunshine Coast through Brisbane to the Gold Coast.
If you're physically fit, enjoy hands-on work and want to develop specialist industrial cleaning skills, we'd like to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Depending on your experience and the site, your work may include:
- Food-processing and factory sanitation
- End-of-production cleaning
- Cleaning and sanitising machinery and production equipment
- Foaming, scrubbing, rinsing and sanitising
- Specialist silo cleaning
- High-reach and detailed industrial cleaning
- Floors, walls, drains and production areas
- Warehouse and food-handling areas
- Using industrial and commercial cleaning equipment
- Following HACCP, GMP and site-specific hygiene procedures
- Completing cleaning and sanitation records
- Following strict PPE and workplace safety requirements
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for people who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in industrial and factory environments
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Safety conscious
- Able to follow detailed cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn specialist cleaning techniques
- Available for afternoon/evening shifts and additional work when required
- Able to travel to different sites where required
Previous experience in industrial cleaning, food manufacturing, factory cleaning, sanitation, HACCP/GMP environments, silo cleaning or high-reach cleaning is highly regarded.
However, attitude and reliability are just as important. Training can be provided to the right people.
A driver's licence and reliable transport are highly desirable due to the locations of our sites.
