Role Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Site Coordinator to support our growing team. This is a site-based role assisting Project Managers with daily coordination, deliveries, measurements, and subcontractor liaison. Ideal for someone with a solid understanding of commercial construction and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery
- Conduct and record site measurements accurately
- Coordinate material deliveries and pickups
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Assist with site inspections and compliance checks
- Contribute to sketches and technical drawings as required (AutoCAD/SketchUp preferred)
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in commercial construction
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- White Card, Full Driver’s Licence, and full Australian working rights (mandatory)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced site and office hybrid environment
