Role Description
The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
- Receiving, checking, and processing all incoming stock and transfers
- Performing general warehouse and laboring duties
- Unloading containers
- Providing customer service including taking face-to-face orders and fulfilling orders
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Working both independently and as part of a team
Job Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse operations and stock picking
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivated, proactive, and efficient
- Current Forklift License (preferred but not essential)
