Your New Role

We're looking for a collaborative and customer-focused Digital Platform Specialist to support the ongoing evolution of our digital platforms, including web, mobile app, and Member Online experiences. Working closely with Digital Platform Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams, you'll play a key role in delivering platform enhancements, ensuring operational excellence, and embedding best-practice digital governance across the organisation.
How do you exceed our expectations?
- Experienced supporting and managing enterprise digital platforms, websites, mobile apps or customer-facing digital experiences.
- Experience within Superannuation industry or financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
- Knowledge of digital delivery methodologies, agile practices and Human-Centred Design principles.
- Experience documenting business and digital requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Understanding of digital governance, frameworks, compliance and operational processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
