Our Mission
In our café, every person plays a vital role in delivering a fast, warm, and seamless morning experience to our community. As our Café All-Rounder, your mission is to keep the front-of-house warm and organized while keeping the kitchen machine running smoothly alongside our chef.
The Role Details
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Fixed 30 hours/week)
- Weekends: Completely yours.
What You’ll Own Day-to-Day
- Customer Delight: Welcoming regulars, taking orders, and processing payments with speed and accuracy on our POS.
- Coffee Support: Making espresso based drinks (barista experience is a great plus, but we are happy to train someone with the right attitude!).
- Kitchen Prep: Supporting our chef with light prep work (basic sandwich construction, measuring ingredients).
- Environment Maintenance: Keeping the workspace spotless, managing the commercial dishwasher, and handling morning bin runs so the kitchen stays clean and efficient.
