Office Manager - Law Firm

This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office of Koffels Solicitors & Barristers (Koffels). The Office Manager will oversee administrative functions, implement systems and procedures and support the solicitors, legal professionals and other staff in achieving their business objectives.
Koffels is a full-service law firm with extensive cross-border practice and global professional affiliations. Our solicitors provide legal services across a wide range, including corporate and commercial transactions, litigation, family law, wills & estates and personal injury.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, ensuring efficient administrative systems and processes
- Develop, implement, and review office procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Supervise and support administrative staff, including workflow coordination and performance oversight
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers to maintain effective business relationships
- Oversee scheduling, correspondence, and document management systems
- Manage resource allocation, and procurement of supplies and services
- Assist senior solicitors with reporting, planning, and operational support
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate business records and administrative systems
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in office management, administration or a similar role
- HR experience preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage administrative processes and support business operations
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Proven ability to effectively manage stakeholders, including legal professionals, clients and contractors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, office management systems and the Affinity legal practice management system
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to work independently

Salary and Benefits
