Cafe Supervisor / Barista
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cafe Supervisor to join our team.
The successful applicant will have strong barista skills, previous experience supervising staff in a fast-paced café environment, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Requirements:
Proven barista experience and coffee-making skills
Previous café supervisory or leadership experience
Ability to lead and support a team during busy service periods
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Flexible availability, including weekends
Availability to work evening shifts and until 8:00pm when required
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
This is a hands-on role that requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain high standards of service and presentation.
