Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Assisting in opening and closing duties
- Communicating clearly with kitchen and back-of-house staff
- Handling payments and operating the POS system
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have RSA certificate
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Previous hospitality experience and customer service.
- Availability on evenings and weekends
